Strategic concept development.
Rio Capital has invited World of Os. to develop a usability concept for the land to be sold in Troia by the Sonae Group. Sonae made it an obligation to deliver a financial as well as a conceptual proposal as part of the bid. We have studied the land extensively, its proportions, challenges and opportunities and have delivered a concept that considers history, location, demand, opportunities and innovation. For the development of the concept we have applied the Marina Ostrowski Method – MOM™ for real estate development, taking into consideration Social Impact, Sustainable development, Communities and their importance, Shared Economy, Design and beyond.
