We have been invited to develop a concept for a co-living project for the HCB – the Hub Criativo do Beato, as part of the overall mixed use development for the governmental bidding process. Our concept has a unique approach to the project taking into consideration the project itself as well as the city. For the development of the concept we have applied the Marina Ostrowski Method – MOM™ for real estate development, taking into consideration Social Impact, Sustainable development, Communities and their importance, Shared Economy, Design and beyond.
