Using our extensive network of international contacts, Marina Os. created a unique, mutually beneficial opportunity for two clients through the activation of a real estate space. Lee Klabin, a British fashion designer, needed to build brand awareness for her emerging label, specifically seizing the media opportunities presented at Paris Fashion Week. The real estate developer needed assistance with marketing an unoccupied retail venue in Paris.
Lee Klabin’s pop-up store was launched during Paris Fashion Week at the commercial space. This gave visibility to the available property while, at the same time, the venue provided Lee Klabin with a physical platform to receive press, buyers and the public. This presents an excellent example of the effectiveness of the Marina Os. approach.

Thought Boutique was named among the Top 10 Places to Visit during Paris Fashion Week 2010 by WGSN, a main fashion industry trade publication. Fashion professionals and journalists visited the store to meet Lee Klabin, giving media and world-of-mouth visibility to both the brand and property. Media coverage focused on the exceptional design of the space provided additional opportunities for brand awareness. As a result, the space caught the attention of the fashion industry and attracted a 3-year contract with a fashion PR company.
Lee Klabin was named Top Selling Brand at Harrods Designer Studio.
